Real Madrid-Écija teamsheet: Fabio Capello relying on youth teamers for King's Cup debut

The King's Cup is finally here, and once again coach Fabio Capello has rotated the lineup for the first match of the knockout competition. The Madridista team that will debut tonight against Second Division B's Écija in the Round of 32 will more than likely have several variations to the squad that convincingly defeated Barcelona 2-0 on Sunday. The Italian boss has decided to rest Sunday's starters, so Casillas, Sergio Ramos, Cannavaro, Roberto Carlos, Raúl, Emerson, Guti nor Van Nistelrooy will travel to Andalusia. Capello prefers to reserve them for Saturday's clash against Nástic in Tarragona and the crucial Champions League match against Steaua Bucharest on 1 November.CAPELLO RELYING ON YOUTH
The First Team squad that has traveled to Écija is chalk full of youth team players. Torres, Borja Valero, Negredo and Mateos have joined the familiar faces of Javi García and Rubén de la Red, and more than one is all but guaranteed to see playing time in the town of San Pablo.
